Reviews and Ratings
I had an excellent stay at this Rajasthani boutique hotel, which is just a few kilometers from Pink City. The design is beautiful, with spacious rooms that come with balconies, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The staff truly stand out, providing attentive service that made our visit enjoyable. However, the shower in my room had some issues that could have been improved. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money while maintaining a posh atmosphere.
My stay was a mixed bag. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, making for a peaceful retreat. The rooms, while clean and well-maintained, felt a bit cramped and lacked ventilation. Service was generally good, and the rooftop restaurant added a nice touch to the overall experience. However, I found the food options limited and dining could definitely use some improvement.
I had a mixed experience at Umaid Mahal. The hotel is stunningly decorated and offers a fantastic rooftop restaurant with live performances, making for a wonderful ambiance. However, my stay was overshadowed by a serious case of food poisoning after dining there, which the management seemed unwilling to address properly. Overall, the hotel has some beautiful elements and potential but had significant issues during my visit.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The decorative style really impressed me, and the cleanliness of the rooms stood out. However, the pool was a letdown as it wasn't well-maintained and detracted from the overall experience. I also appreciated the rooftop restaurant's lively ambiance and delicious food, but the alcohol prices were a bit on the high side.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The hospitality was top-notch, especially from Mohan Singh and Gautam, who made me feel extremely welcome and safe. The facilities were impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food. However, there were occasional noises in the mornings that could be a bit distracting. Overall, this place offers fantastic value for money.
